Campus Circuito 71 offers to its guests some common areas for study, share experiences, relax and live together:

- study room: on the same floor as the bedrooms, provided with several tables and chairs, 6 pc stations, projector and screen
- canteen: a place where the students can enjoy their meals together but also a smart place to share some relaxing moments, provided with a giant led screen. It is located on the top floor of the building
- panoramic terrace: next to the canteen, it offers a sight of the Ponte Flaiano, the Mount Majella and farther, the Gran Sasso d’Italia. This spot is ideal for breathing some fresh air and for studying in the open air
- Laundry area: for those who need washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board
- Parking spots: the students can park safely within the fenced area around the residence, closed by a gate
